The "Vacation Giveaway" is sponsored by Unique Vacations, Inc. Worldwide Sales and Marketing Representatives for Beaches Resorts. The Giveaway begins May 1, 2010 and ends July 31, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time).

One (1) winner will be chosen at random and notified by phone or email by August 7th, 2010. The winner will receive a 4-Day/3-Night Luxury® Included Vacation to Beaches Turks & Caicos Resort Villages & Spa in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos.

If the potential winner cannot be reached after 3 business days from the date of the drawing or if he/she is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received. No purchase necessary. Open to legal U.S. (United States) residents over 18 years of age.
